As a PR Executive, you will closely work with PR Lead in managing and maintaining our company’s public and media relation efforts, with a primary focus on establishing and nurturing positive relationships with media professionals and maximizing media coverage. Your role will involve building media relations, and helping in executing PR campaigns to elevate our brand’s visibility and reputation. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Media Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, producers, and other media professionals across various platforms (print, digital, broadcast).

  • Content Creation: Assist in crafting compelling press materials, including press releases, media advisories, fact sheets, and backgrounders, ensuring they effectively convey key messages and resonate with media audiences.

  • Media Coverage Analysis: Track and analyze media coverage and PR campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders to measure reach, sentiment, and effectiveness. 

  • External & Internal Collaboration: Work closely with external and internal teams to ensure alignment and integration of PR efforts with overall communication strategies.

  • Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, news developments, and media landscapes to identify opportunities and adjust PR strategies accordingly.


Education: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in PR, Communication, Journalism, or relevant fields.

Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience with strong passion for public relations, corporate communications, or media relations roles. 

Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages, pitches, and press materials tailored to different media audiences.

Multitasking Ability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.

Creativity and Problem-Solving: Demonstrate creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying PR opportunities and overcoming challenges.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements as needed.
