The Opportunity

In this context, it is critical that Sattva continues to be seen as one of the foremost brands in the impact ecosystem.
We are looking for a passionate storyteller and communications lead to join our growing marketing team and lead Communications for India Partner Network (IPN). The Senior Communications Consultant will serve a critical role in the development, management and execution of a communications strategy to support IPN, in line with our key lines of business. Reporting to the Head – India Partner Network, this role will collaborate with a wide variety of key stakeholders across IPN and Sattva to develop content aligned with IPN’s brand mission. The person will be responsible for managing all communication activities that engage IPN’s target consumers and help increase brand favour across multiple distribution channels.
Responsibilities
Strategic:
Work with the IPN Team to develop the communications strategy and plan for IPN
Craft interesting, well-researched, content to drive traffic, engage and convert target customers, and improve shared content across social media channels; content to include white papers, blog posts, website copy, eBooks, case studies, webinars, videos, presentations, speeches, and other content as needed
Ability and experience in identify relevant PR opportunity for media coverage
Ability to develop and manage communication and branding for IPN events
Collaborating with the marketing team to contribute to the help in overall content development in alignment with company mission and vision. Mining stories that showcase the IPN’s brand mission and support key business initiatives and enterprise content themes
Editorial:
Copy edit and review content for messaging, style guidelines, brand consistency, and voice; provide education and guidance to ensure high quality writing for all content
Contribute to social media postings and management of social media accounts and content calendar and ensure effective distribution and strategic amplification of content for maximum reach and business impact
Optimise delivery strategy for each piece, by implementing best practices, and repeatedly test various tools, content formats, and distribution channels with various target audience segments
Manage IPN’s social media presence to grow followers and engagement
Manage the website, keeping content relevant and fresh to drive traffic, engage visitors, and convert visitors to prospects
Operational:
Implement new tools and processes for effective creation and measurement of content
Serving as primary marketing liaison across Sattva’s business units, working with them to support their marketing goals
Metrics:
Ensuring that site performance analysis, SEO tactics and media insights are continuously used to optimise content development
Overseeing development of regular reporting to ensure that content programs are meeting their intended goals
Background Desired:
Bachelor’s degree required
6-8 years of experience in marketing, communications, or writing-focused roles
A solid understanding of technology product marketing and communications, content and social marketing industry trends, tactics, and user behaviour
Editorial and social media content development experience and a solid understanding of basic digital design and user experience principles
Hands on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics
Highly-collaborative team player who can work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment with shifting priorities
Motivated self-starter, process-oriented with high attention to detail
Must be committed to working together in a respectful, transparent and trust-based way in all interactions, large and small
Ability to work with Senior leadership to build consensus on the communication strategy and plan.
Skills
Proficiency in MS Office and WordPress Email and Social Media Marketing and Analytics tools, and other Content Management Software
Understanding of web publishing requirements
Excellent collaboration, communication and writing skills in English
