At The/Nudge you will:

  • lead employer branding strategy, planning, and execution (including building a high-quality pipeline for different roles) 

  • own positioning, content, and thought leadership strategy for the Talent Acquisition team

  • identify powerful Nudgester (The/Nudge employees) stories and share them with The/Nudge community

  • partner effectively & strategically with the marketing team and other senior leaders to develop a deep understanding of The/Nudge Institute brand and The/Nudge Institute employer brand  

  • define and own marketing plans for each role/domain & build an understanding of its target segments, and the most effective channels to reach and engage with such segments

  • own engagement timelines and oversee the successful execution by working closely with the marketing team.

  • own employer branding platforms/tools like Glassdoor, Career Portal, C-NPS & oversee their management

  • own positioning, content and thought leadership strategy for employer branding

Apply if you have:

  • at least 10-12  years of overall experience, with at least 3 years in a marketing role

  • balanced analytical and creative mindset

  • attention to detail and a hands-on approach to delivering marketing results

  • experience in digital marketing, social media and/or content marketing

  • history of exceeding expectations and being a target-driven high-performer

  • have a strong passion for poverty alleviation and livelihoods creation
