Qualification: Master’s in communications, or public relations
Experience: Around 8-10 years of experience working with multinational companies or public relations/communications agencies or related fields

Strategic Responsibilities
Support the development and implementation of internal and leadership communication strategies and initiatives to support Herbalife Nutrition’s business and growth ambitions in India, its portfolio of brands, and its wider sustainability and public policy agenda.
Develop a cohesive corporate narrative and messaging strategy to build Herbalife Nutrition’s reputation and ensure its consistent application across various media to various internal stakeholders.
Develop and execute the communications strategy and implementation and measurement of all corporate communications activities, working with other functions and using various reputation management techniques
Execute best practice internal and leadership communications, financial performance communications, key reputational initiatives, and executive leadership, and drive standards across
Raising communications capability across the business
Supporting the development of reputation within the organization and among potential external talent
Maintain communication ‘radar’ across stakeholder groups eg. issues identification, change programs
Risk and Accountability associated with Reputation management
Map the communication risk footprint and draw up mitigation plans.
Provide consultation on Herbalife Nutrition brand building, messaging, and brand positioning through efficient communication initiatives
