• Developing and maintaining media relations across platforms for maximum visibility

• Planning and executing PR strategies and campaigns

• Handling press enquiries and coordinating with management

• Working on PR opportunities with our PR agency

• Building thought leadership for the company’s management

• Writing marketing materials and thought leadership pieces (newsletters, social media posts, press releases, authored articles)

• Collaborating with internal teams to give visibility to new launches, initiatives, and messaging

• Sourcing content and planning internal and external communications (press releases, newsletters, customer/partner communications, product launch updates)

• Positioning spokespersons through relevant opportunities/platforms

• Managing crisis communication.
