Job Purpose
·Support Public Relations and Corporate Communication Head to ensure effective communication drafts on behalf of the organization with media, trade, and partner organizations.
·Assist PR and Corporate communication Head to maintain and build a promising public image of the organization through effective communication.
·To act as a liaison between the company’s key management and the external world in securing and maintaining independent profiling opportunities. crisis management from time to time.
·Manage and co-ordinate PR Agency relationships, daily functioning and reporting, organizing press events and conferences.
·Maintaining healthy relations with media and coverage records of the organization.
·Would provide support in creating and managing content strategy for better visibility and engagement.
Key Responsibility Areas:
1. Leadership communication (Internal):
·Supporting coordination for email drafts for the external releases, managing logistics for attending events, participation as speakers in fire-side chat/key-note address, moderator brief notes, personal profiling
·Internal communication with Sr. management for sourcing information necessary for developing the communication strategy for cinema openings, award entrees, film releases, partnerships, product launches, and other developments.
2. Content Strategy and Execution:
·Leadership communication: Preparing briefing notes, email drafts, media interaction scheduling, board letters, and presentations.
·Content for Media: Press releases, media articles, media Q&A, media pitch notes, media briefing notes, media quotes, media invites, speeches, emcee scripts, and award entries.
·Internal & External Content Creation: Drafting compelling content including newsletters, social media posts, reports, speeches, talking points for events, and email communication.
·Report Writing: Translate events and public engagements into reports for broader dissemination. Reporting of weekly coverages to the marketing department and monthly coverages to the management.
·Digital Media Content: Assist in creating and managing content for company-owned digital channels to enhance visibility and engagement.
3. Leadership and Organizational Profiling:
·Managing logistics for events, preparing briefing notes, and other necessary documents.
·Identifying industry awards/ platforms, collating data from departments, responding to the questions, and filling the entry.
·Managing the relationship and updating memberships for the Promoters and the organization – YPO, NATO, CII, FICCI
4. Strategy Planning and Management with PR Agency:
·Assist in developing a coherent 360-degree Internal and external communications strategy and planning, ensuring its implementation, and monitoring for impact.
·Utilize and analyze data to identify relevant communication strategies and share with PR Head
·Define opportunities for improvement, and correct gaps wherever spotted while ensuring consistency in communication plans and strategies.
·Analyze movies to be promoted through PR-related stories by studying unique elements and share with PR Head.
·Identifying awards, collating data from departments, responding to the questions, and filling the entry.
5. Vendor Management:
Vendor coordination, new vendor registration, sharing PO, booking invoices, reconciliation of outstanding, and tracking payment with accounts department.
6. Integrated Marketing Plan Management:
·Strategize and support Movie PR plan for the year. Understanding the marketing journey of films and creating a 360° marketing media mix through database marketing, digital media, cinema & mall activations, and traditional media platforms. Collaborations with influencers and special initiatives.
·Creating and implementing promotional plan around special days and festivals in coordination with cinema teams.
·Devising strategies for focused promotions like food-related launches and food festivals.
