Key Responsibilities:
· Communication Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies that align with the company’s goals and values.
· Media Relations: Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets and journalists to secure media coverage and respond to media inquiries.
· Public Relations: Plan and coordinate press events, conferences, and public relations activities to increase the company’s visibility in the animation industry.
· Strategic Press Release: Drafting press release for global and national trade media to announce development in the company.
· Internal Communication: Foster effective internal communication by creating employee communications, newsletters, and engagement initiatives.
· Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant content for press releases, newsletters, website, social media, and other communication materials.
· Executive Speech and Presentation: Brainstorming and preparing executive speeches for top management and preparing presentations.
· Brand Management: Oversee the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency in messaging, visuals, and tone across all communication channels.
· Crisis Communication: Develop crisis communication plans and lead communication efforts during potential crisis situations to protect the company’s reputation.
· Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, investors, and industry organizations, to strengthen relationships and promote the company’s interests.
