Responsible to crafting IC strategy along with project management of monthly plan and weekly execution calendars
Own Swiggy’s Internal Communications calendar; develop IC-owned content buckets, manage stakeholder asks, maintain frequency of communications, prioritize workloads and meet SLAs/deadlines
Project manage key projects in FoW and ensure that monthly and weekly executions are happening seamlessly
Create and manage processes/review mechanisms in order to adhere to monthly calendars and weekly execution
Drive a culture of awareness, authenticity and purpose between the org and its employees, with an engaging and empathetic voice via IC and FoW campaigns/initiatives.
Define what success looks like for an Internal Communications team by setting up metric tracking processes using data, surveys and focus groups
Serve as a communications advisor to senior leadership, guiding internal messaging, crisis communication, and change management initiatives
Liaison with Employer Branding team to build synergies in internal and external communication to strengthen the messaging
Change management: Lead change management efforts related to the implementation of future of work initiatives, ensuring effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and training programs.
Manage key rituals in the organization, along with co-creating Central events calendar with CEO’s office

Who are we looking for? ~ Are you the right person for the job? ~ Are you a good fit for this role?
Required 7-8 years minimum experience in Internal communications and employee engagement
Experience in communications, public relations and/or executive communications; prior event planning and community management experience will be great to have
Strong project management skills and stakeholder management, including the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with abilities to develop a unique and consistent tone for the organization
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
Experience with People and Culture related problem solving.
Familiarity with change management principles and practices
