The/Nudge is an action institute building resilient livelihoods to alleviate poverty. We work with women, farmers, tribals and youth on rural development, agriculture, skilling and economic inclusion, along with 15+ central and state government partners.

 

Our economic inclusion journey for 25 million Indians, has reached 10 states with $250M of government funding to cover 1.25M people. What will you do?

  • Planning and execution
    Email marketing + use of martech tools like Hubspot or Clevertap or Moengage
    Plan,execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels including but  not     limited to LinkedIn Ads or Google Ads
  • Data analysis and insights
    Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe        Analytics,    etc.) to    identify  trends, insights, and areas for improvement
    Continuously refine and improve campaign targeting, creative, and messaging based on A/B testing, performance data    and user feedback
  • Learner mindset
    Stay updated with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in performance marketing and digital    advertising
    Willing to understand the sector and work with various stakeholders to create successful marketing campaigns

Who are we looking for in this role?

 5-7 years of work experience in performance marketing

  • A bachelor’s degree in any subject
  • Strong data analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to plan and execute projects independently
