Snapshot of Job Description:Role – Brand Communications – Senior Associate
Brand Strategy: Develop a deep understanding of the company’s business goals, target audience, and competitive landscape. Formulate and execute a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with the company’s objectives.
Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest trends, regulations, and developments in the financial services sector, especially those related to debt markets in India.
Content Creation: Create compelling and engaging content (written and visual) that resonates with the target audience. This includes website content, blog posts, social media posts, press releases, video properties and other marketing collateral.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and pain points. Use insights gained to refine the brand strategy and create targeted messaging.
Event Management: Plan and execute events, webinars, and conferences to increase brand visibility and engage with key stakeholders in the financial services industry.
Analytics and Measurement: Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of brand campaigns and make data-driven decisions to improve outcome
Stakeholder management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as business, sales, and product development among others to ensure a consistent brand message and strategy across the organization.

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for conveying the company’s value proposition, vision, and mission clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.
Digital Marketing: Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tools is crucial. This includes social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, and advertising.
Adaptability: The financial services industry is dynamic, and the ability to adapt to changes in the market, regulations, or company priorities is crucial for success in this role.
Creative Thinking: Develop innovative and creative content and campaigns that differentiate the company in the market. Find creative solutions to communicate complex technological offerings to a diverse audience effectively.
Persona
3+ years of experience in communications and/or marketing roles, preferably in financial services
Proven ability to learn fast; comfort with evolving priorities and juggling multiple deliverables simultaneously.
Hands-on without external agency’s support and can work independently without supervision.
Task-oriented and always strive for finishing the tasks by due date.
Exceptional English writing skills with an ability to distill complex topics and information into clear, persuasive messaging.
A good understanding of platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram & Google to drive content initiatives
A good sense of design to oversee the production of creative assets
Some exposure to media relations/PR is preferred
