Senior Manager – Internal Communications at Genpact , Gurugram

Responsibilities

•    Partner with various global teams within all Enabling Functions at Genpact to drive and execute communication campaigns to drive awareness around key programs and initiatives for employees
•    Build and maintain great working relationships with key stakeholders across all Enabling Functions, staying up to date on their planned and required initiatives or changes to employee experience and expectations to ensure optimum engagement and/or necessary behavioural change among impacted employees
•    Drive/support end-to-end communication campaigns for any part of the business, including all employees, as the company may require
•    Coordinate with business units to gather information and craft articles, messages, and newsletters while ensuring organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders
•    Plan, write, and edit content for a variety of internal communications channels (intranet, newsletters, email campaigns, SMS, TV screens, or any other channels the company may add). Ensure that news, achievements, employee experience initiatives, values-based behaviour, and information on the business are collected and promoted on all internal platforms in suitable formats as per the message-channel-audience strategy decided for each campaign
•    Maintain a leadership townhall calendar and support teams through planning, executing, communicating, and hosting virtual/in-person senior leadership townhalls as and when required
•    Storyboard or translate communication plans to the creative team of art directors and designers, ensuring you receive the creatives you need for your employee engagement or awareness campaign
•    Adapt communication strategy and tactics incorporating analytics and metrics from your channels and feedback from stakeholders to improve reach, adoption, and engagement

Qualifications we seek in you!

We are looking for candidates with demonstrable experience in delivering expert communications support and leadership, especially within a global organization in a similar industry as Genpact. Your responsibilities in this role include being part of a team supporting our internal functions, teams, and leaders to strategize, drive, and execute internal communication campaigns that inform, engage, or drive alignment and belief, as the brief may be, using your expertise in developing an Audience-Message-Channel strategy and driving end-to-end employee communication campaigns using industry-leading platforms and methodologies.


Minimum Qualifications


•    Stakeholder management: the ability to navigate, interact with, and manage a variety of stakeholders and leadership
•    Speaking skills: you also need strong speaking and email communication skills to manage stakeholders as well as host/moderate townhalls and dialogues between leaders and employees
•    Writing skills: you need excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, as well as the ability to source stories from stakeholders, employees, and subject matter experts (SMEs)
•    Creative skills: A creative eye and a keen interest in design, visualization, and creation of attractive newsletters and other communication assets across internal channels

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
•    Business understanding: strong ability to understand Genpact’s core business 
•    Technical skills: Skilled in all MS Office applications and other widely used software, as well as experience working with communication and collaboration platforms like MS Teams, SharePoint, Poppulo, Zoom, and others
•    Previous work experience: Experience in a communications team, especially internal communications for a large business or organization, is most sought after. However, experience writing for a variety of different audiences is also desired. General journalistic, media, or marketing experience is beneficial. Prior management of complex projects (e.g., rebadging, M&A) is also favored.
