OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE – To strategically manage and facilitate communication both externally and internally to achieve specific business goals and enhance reputation and image. Establish a positive corporate identity. Position the organization as an industry thought leader
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES –
-Develop and execute the overall Corporate Communications strategy aligned with business goals and objectives. –
Oversee brand management initiatives to maintain a consistent brand image across all communication materials and channels. –
Serve as the owner of all corporate assets, managing the creation of corporate collaterals, including blogs, thought leadership articles, videos, and corporate website sections (Corporate, Investor, and HR etc.).
Manage executive communication and CEO branding to ensure a strong and positive executive presence.
Spearhead PR efforts across India, APAC, CEMEA regions, building positive media relations and managing trade media communications. -Proactively manage crisis communication to safeguard the organization’s reputation during challenging times.
Lead communications during IPO preparation and execution, including PR, broker conferences, and the IPO listing ceremony. -Plan and manage global and India-based events such as the Global Fintech Festival, Singapore Fintech Festival, Money 2020, and SME, CFO related events, among others.
Identify and manage opportunities for webinars, podcasts, blogs, thought leadership for the senior leadership team. -Nurture and manage relationships with analysts and industry experts. -Strategize to enhance the organization’s visibility and credibility through an impressive track record in awards and recognition programs. -Develop and execute employer branding, CSR and internal communication initiatives, ensuring employees are well-informed, engaged, and motivated. -Manage association memberships and collaborate with industry bodies to boost brand exposure and industry leadership. -Oversee the procurement of gifts and memorabilia for customers and employees.
QUALIFICATIONS – –
4- 8 years of proven experience in Corporate Communications, extensive PR experience within the Fintech, B2B SAAS, Technology domain.
Experience in Corporate Working Capital Solutions, Corporate Loans, MSME Loans from Bank/NBFC preferred. –
Experience in APAC and CEMEA Region preferred. – A bachelor’s and degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism
A master’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing (Optional) – Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. – Proven expertise in PR, executive communication, and event management
