Experience – 10 to 12 years’ experience in the PR and corporate communications space with an attitude to learn, agility, and willingness to experiment. A digital inclination with strong roots in traditional PR and media relations apart from the ability to analyse data, take data driven decisions and comfort with social media platforms will be key.

Background
The corporate brand and communications team at GILAC is privileged to have an exciting and comprehensive PR and Brand communication mandate that cuts across multiple verticals viz. consumer goods, real estate, agriculture, chemicals, and financial services, amongst others. Apart from the 750 plus million consumers in India and close to 1.2 billion across the world, the team engages with media, influencers, bloggers, KOL’s, communities, government bodies, academia, etc., to tell them the Godrej story. To engage with such a vast set of external stakeholders, the team uses a mix of paid, owned, earned media platforms.
We are looking at a solid team player to manage one of our exciting portfolios that predominantly covers our agri side of the business (Godrej Agrovet Limited – GAVL), a few owned media properties, brand PR for our brands in the agri / food space and the newly launched research and data analytics vertical. Our philosophy is of independent goals and interdependent working. This enables the candidate to work across our other verticals too. As a mix of the role, the candidate will be responsible for the PR and communications for GAVL and work on group wide initiatives that cut across all other listed GILAC businesses.
Apart from winning close over 150 national and international awards over the past five years, the team has been ranked number 1 on the Reputation Today’s list of top 30 corporate communications teams in India for the sixth time in a row, this year.
