About The Role
We are seeking a qualified candidate for an opportunity to lead our integrated brand communications function at Honeywell India. The role requires a strong understanding of internal and external communication as well as digital media management with focus on integrated communication approach to build a leading brand in the local market.
Role Responsibilities
Develop integrated communication strategies and campaigns to drive proactive external messaging and visibility across all platforms – internal, digital, social and traditional media.
Establish a strong action plan for Internal audience and PR agency to drive business outcomes aligned to key strategic priorities of the company.
Plan, edit and write content for variety of communication channels for brand building, thought leadership and storytelling.
Align with internal stakeholders and customer marketing teams to develop a strong story pipeline for India including events, press releases, engagements, authored articles, etc.
Build local media connects and implementation plans for better coverage, understanding of Honeywell for a quick recall of the brand.
Manage the functional vendors and align with respective teams to ensure vendor management and outcomes as per agreements.
Track and report key communication metrics for visibility of the work done by the team
Continue to play a part in the functional planning process and support business priorities for desired outcomes
Leverage global engagements and opportunities to position Honeywell locally.
Work effectively with the overall functional / business teams and continue to look out for proactive storytelling opportunities.
Raise the bar on messaging, engagements with external stakeholders and develop storytelling that is visually compelling, readily understood, and effective in achieving desired outcomes for the business.
You Must Have
Previous experience of internal & external communications, preferably gained in a medium/large-sized organization undergoing growth across multiple global locations
Experience of working closely with senior stakeholders and leaders
Understanding and Familiar with Indian Media landscape and connects
Exceptional ability to craft messages, design communication and presentation skills with both written and verbal English skills.
Bachelor’s degree preferably in digital media, journalism, public relations, communications or similar field or equivalent experience.
Good interpersonal skills with ability to influence and handle sensitive situations, maintaining confidentiality, where necessary
Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and handle crisis effectively…
