Role Description:
Develop and implement a communication strategy that includes content creation for internal and external communications.
· Coordinate internal communications, ensuring consistent messaging to staff.
· Monitor media coverage, evaluating its impact on company reputation.
· Acquire and maintain a detailed knowledge of the company’s policies, principles, and strategies, and keep up-to-date with relevant developments.
· Coordinate with our PR agency for any press conferences, and plan events.
· Facilitate the resolution of disputes with external role-players.
· Adhere to the company’s style guide, ensuring that we produce a high-quality and error-free copy.
· Work with key internal role-players to brainstorm content ideas, in line with the company’s strategy and in support of various brand initiatives.
· Support and evaluate results of communication campaigns with the team.
· Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external role-players.
· Collaborate with marketing teams to align branding efforts across channels.
· Draft speeches, articles, and presentations for senior leadership.
· Ensure that all messaging aligns with the company’s brand, mission, and values.
· Coordinate with the team to manage the situation, protect the company’s reputation, and provide timely and accurate information to the public and stakeholders during the crisis management.
· Being able to foster and maintain relationships, both internally and externally, is key to ensuring smooth communication and promoting the company’s image positively.
